This Cozy Two-Storey 4 Bedroom Home delivers privacy and exclusivity with a private basketball court, a heated pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and all the space for up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families!
It is based in Zaton bay, only 5 miles from the Old Town - historical center of Dubrovnik and within walking distance to the beach, grocery shop, bus stop with line to Dubrovnik, pharmacy, ATM, pizzeria and restaurants.
Inside, modern living spaces with rustic touches offer optimal comfort. The lower floor consists the lounge with two sofas and satellite LCD TV. From the living room there is access to a sea view balcony to enjoy pleasant summer evenings. The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment you would want for a self catering holiday along with plenty of room for the whole family to eat together.
Also on this level, you will find a two bedrooms, which are complemented by three bathrooms. One bedroom offers a king bed and the other two twin beds that can be joined upon request to form a double bed. On the attic floor, you will find the two bedrooms decorated with rustic charm. One bedroom offers a king bed and the other have twin beds ( these can be converted to king-size beds if needed ).
What makes this property particularly special is the 280 square meters (3.013 square feet) outdoor secluded area for your privacy.
The terrace area gives you lots to enjoy, with a lounge area, hammock and a covered dining area and kitchen complete with bar seating and TV. There’s a large barbecue to keep the food coming all evening, as well as a magnificent hot tub from which to enjoy views of the beautiful surroundings. In a separate area above, you have the heated pool and sun deck with plenty of loungers and parasols. And if all that’s not enough, for the more competitive ones, you can enjoy a game of basketball on the private court, or even some rounds of table tennis!

Irena was an absolutely fantastic host. She met us upon arrival and introduced us to Croatia the right way - With snacks and ideas on things to do. The property was clean and had many things to do on site. Outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, basketball, table tennis...Just an awesome place to hang out. The Stundenac market was right next door as well which was a great place to pick up snacks and breakfast supplies.Irena was super friendly and we reached out a few times during the week and she was so responsive. We have some incredible memories from an incredible place.

We had a fun week in Zaton Bay with a good mix of relaxing by the pool and hot tub, plus a few days out in Dubrovnik (15-20mins drive away) old town and beaches. We also rented a boat and skipper for the day to go out to some of the local islands for snorkelling. The host, Irena, was so helpful and always very responsive before the trip and also during. Every question was answered including advice for what to do when we were there. Would definitely recommend.

The villa was absolutely beautiful the pool, the hot tub were amazing! We had a great time. The outdoor kitchen area was fantastic for our meals on our nights in. Can’t thank Pero and Irena enough for their amazing support, best hosts I’ve had at a property always on hand to help I.e bus routes, tours, restaurants etc. This is a must go place, just do it for your morning coffee view it’s worth thousands of kuna! It’s quiet, it’s safe, it’s amazing! We can’t wait to go again…..

We stayed here for a family break. Irena is an amazing host nothing is too much trouble before you arrive and once you are there. I have never had such a lovely helpful host that totally goes out her way for her guests.
The villa is perfect everything you could ever ask for and location amazing. Supermarket restaurants and walks on your doorstep if you can make yourself leave the luxury of the villa with everything on hand. So many places close by to visit either by car or phoning for taxi or Uber. Can’t recommend this villa enough. We will definitely be back
