Overall, this property is a great place to stay, as it is a short walk to both the beach and the pool.Pros: Proximity to amenities - easy walk to the beach, pool, tennis, bike trail, trash drop off, etcUnit amenities - unit was well stocked with cookware, silverware, cups, plates, etc. Security - made sure no unauthorized parking parking took valuable spots that are for guests and enforced the rules (like no pets, no towels on balcony, etc) Provided beach supplies - there are several nice chairs and sand toys that are available for use with this unit, super helpful that we didn't have to purchase or bring those with us Location - this is not in a crowded area, so very peaceful if you want a more low-key place to stay Bike Rental on-site - very convenient for pick up and drop offCons: Updates - the condo has been somewhat updated, but some of the fixtures are aged (this didn't make a huge difference to us)Porch furniture - this is very basic/not comfortable for loungingFurniture - both the dinette table and coffee table were almost rickety and moved back and forth when anything was sat on them Proximity to off-property attractions - we didn't mind having to drive to most restaurants and attractions, but should mention it's not walkable to the more popular areas on the island

The condo was very nice and clean. Easy entry and was able to contact the guest contact very easy. Very close to beach and pool access! We had a great time and made lots of family memories at the condo!
