Our main concern, when researching homes, was having enough space for 12 adults and 5 children and this home satisfied that concern! The Pine and Hearth home was very spacious, beautiful and clean! The owners were very professional and responsive before and during our stay! The Carson Creek Marina/Grasshopper boat ramp was approximately 5 miles from the home, and it was a very easy drive when towing a boat. At the house, we were able to park 2 trucks with boats on trailers and 4 cars strategically. A wonderful stay!

Great communication! All questions we had before and during our stay were answered quickly. Plenty of room for our group of 20 and the kids loved the bunk room/gameroom. Location was perfect for getting to the marina and Beaver’s Bend State Park.
