All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby. The building is adjacent to an organic grocery store, a supermarket and a bakery.
The Talensac market is 800 meters away, a 10-minute walk. Rue Maréchal Joffre, with its many shops (cellar, takeaway, bakery), is a 5-minute walk away.
You can easily reach the Ile de Versailles, the Cours Saint André and stroll along the Erdre to discover relaxation areas that will delight young and old alike.

Transportation :
- By car: An enclosed garage in the condominium's private courtyard, 2 m high, 2.30 m wide, 10 m long. The garage is not easily accessible, so you'll need to maneuver and enter in reverse.
- Nearest train station: Gare Nord about 20 minutes by bus.
- Nearest airport: 25 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- C6 bus line just a few metres away
- The nearest streetcar stop is Saint Mihiel on line 2, a 5-minute walk across the bridge at the end of the street.

The Sully apartment is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
