Sit on the huge balcony and enjoy the majestic sunrise daily! The Beach is just an elevator ride down and less than a 5 minute walk. This condo is centrally located having the best of both worlds, amazing ocean views and just a short walk 5 minute walk to amusement area for fun and sunset enjoyment. And if you want to stay in, enjoy the new heated pool and hot tub or a round of tennis.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely book it again. The condo was spotless, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an incredible ocean view that we enjoyed every day.One of our favorite features was that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it perfect for our group. Beach access was also incredibly easy and convenient, making it simple to go back and forth throughout the day.The owner was fantastic to work with. We reached out several times with questions before and during our stay, and every time they responded quickly and were genuinely helpful.We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting South Padre Island. It exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!

The property was excellent. It felt like we were staying at a high end hotel. This will be our first choice when we return to South Padre.
