The upstairs loft master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed, while the downstairs loft bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed for a peaceful retreat.
The condo includes two well-maintained bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and convenient hair dryers for your comfort. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi and enjoy access to the on-site fitness room. Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 4 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 4 adults at any time.

The condo was perfect size for my daughter and me for the week. We were there for a volleyball tournament and enjoyed the pool. Parking was easy with our rental car. The condo had all kitchen items we needed for our stay. I would definitely come again.

A very nice 2 bedroom townhouse tucked into a shady palm grove, located along the canal and walking distance to Arcadia shops and restaurants. The location is wonderful especially if you like to take long walks/jogs/bike rides! The rental staff was excellent, quick to respond to any questions.

Clean and modern and met our needs nicely. Near a major road so some car noise. Great location and responsiveness from the host.

Shower stall was so small you couldn’t even bend over to wash. No shampoo or crème rinse. Grab bars would be a plus. Otherwise it was fine Kleenex would have been. Nice. Great parking and grounds are lovely
