This charming lower-level condo places you just steps from a stunning seven-mile stretch of sandy shoreline, where the soothing sounds of the Pacific Ocean and refreshing sea breeze set the stage for total relaxation. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sun dip below the horizon, the private deck—and the views from it—make this retreat a true gem.
Inside, Wave Watcher exudes cozy coastal charm, with warm wood tones, soft pastel accents, and white-framed windows that allow natural light to fill the space. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV, and a fireplace—ideal for cozying up after a day of beach adventures. Step outside to soak in the private hot tub while watching the waves roll in. The two inviting bedrooms each offer their own en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and Smart TV, while the second features a plush queen bed. If you need additional sleeping space, the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is perfect for extra guests.

For smaller parties needing extra space, Glimmering Sands, a neighboring oceanfront condo, also sleeps 4–6 and mirrors the inviting layout and features of Wave Watcher.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community. The host was exceptionally responsive. That was a really big benefit. Everything was clean. The living room furniture was not comfortable. The couch is a hide a bed, so we expected it to be utilitarian. The two chairs recline, but are way ready to be given to Goodwill and upgraded to a couple comfy alternatives. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the living room since we were at the beach, so not really an issue for us. The beds were firm. Pillows were great. The unit is well situated to the beach view but has very high bushes between the deck and the beach that block a full view. The hot tub above us is situated above the best place to sit and enjoy the beach views. Unfortunately, when the guests got in and out of it, they completely soaked us. That is an easy fix by running a sub floor and drain. We were pretty upset about getting deluged by it. The unit has huge bedrooms and great bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are small. This is not a two family unit unless you are very close to each other. We initially were going to have another couple join us, but they weren’t able to swing it. We were relieved a bit as it would have been very close quarters for 3 days. The neighborhood is lovely and there is a wonderful breakfast/lunch spot right there. Open Wed-sun. Overall, it was fantastic. With just my wife and pup, it was really comfortable. With taxes and fees, it was much higher in cost than it should be, but that’s the way of things now.

This Beach Front space was perfect for our family of 4 and we look forward to staying again. The host had great communication, the view was incredible. The hot tub was clean and the space has everything you need for a stay at the beach.

Overall good but the hot tub quit working and was not repaired by the time we left.
