This was an excellent property to stay at.

Absolutely charming space. Hallway door in fantastic location to close off living room space from two bedrooms. Beds were comfortable, the pull out couch as well!Ideal location to walk to many coffee shops, markets, restaurants, points of interest. The small washer a plus for a quick load of laundry! Kitchen set up was convenient and fully supplied with useful items for cooking lazy morning breakfasts, light dinners and late night snacks. The host was quick to respond and answered questions fully. This host provided excellent care. Highly recommend using this host as well as this property.

It was a great stay overall. Some useful feedback for the office: add hooks to the bathrooms and towel racks. Make sure the heaters and appliances work before your guests come. The location of the flat was great. The stairs weren’t a problem for us, but would be challenging or impossible for some. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The repairman was wonderful and kind.

The apartment itself was nice and clean, linens and towels were good quality and the beds were comfortable. The “Terrace” was a tiny outside roof area with peeling paint and metal roofing. You could not see anything but the exterior walls. My biggest issue is that we paid a lot of money (with taxes and fees) for an area that had prostitutes soliciting business outside the front entrance every night (and day). There was also an exorbitant amount of noise from people “partying” in and around the streets EVERY night until very late (weekdays). We had all of the windows and the door to the “terrace” closed and the noise level was still intense. The neighborhood around the apartment was also dirty and did not feel safe. We had to walk quite a distance to be in a better area and not feel unsafe. I contacted the rental group directly with these issues and they have not bothered to reply. We will not be returning to this property.
