You will love this charming, recently remodeled, 1930’s cabin in downtown Fruita. The backyard is shaded and has ample space for both kids and dogs to play and a great BBQ spot. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever feast you have planned. The dining room has a wood burning fireplace and the perfect spot after a long day of skiing or biking to relax and dine. With families in mind, Maple is fully equipped with board games, toys, a pack in play and high chair.

We fully comply with the City of Fruita short term rental requirements and have completed and passed a thorough safety check.

The backyard has both a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining, yard is enclosed for animals. The parking is ample and gated- allows for an RV, large vehicles or trailers. The living room is spacious with seating for minimum 6, a bar and breakfast nook for eating. The kitchen is stocked and includes kid friendly cutlery and a high chair. The dining room is part of the original cabin and has a wood burning fireplace and seating for 6.

BIKE STORAGE & GEAR
Maple has a secure, enclosed bike storage shed. Guests are also welcome to use our CXWXC adjustable bike repair/work stand and our Topeak JoeBlow Max HP floor pump (up to 160 psi; fits Presta, Schrader and Dunlop valves), both kept in the shed.

PLEASE NOTE: Bicycles are NOT included with the rental. Any bikes you see in photos of the storage shed were there only to show the space and are not available for guest use. The shed is for securely storing the bikes you bring with you.
