Rosa dei Venti offers two independent apartments, each with a private entrance and an exclusive garden . The two units can be booked separately or together , thanks to the internal communicating doors. They are located next to the residence's pool , in a modern high-level structure (built in 2022) and furnished with design pieces and refined finishes.
Each apartment has free Wi-Fi , full equipment and comfort ideal for short or medium-long stays.
Free parking outside the residence, always available.
The location, in the Gardalido residence, is a few steps from the Port of Padenghe , the lakefront and close to equipped beaches and services .
Pets allowed on request , with a supplement of 50 to 100€ depending on size.

To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.

It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
