A modern and very cozy apartment, specially designed for couples, groups, or families. It is fully equipped and has all the amenities you need for your stay. It’s just a 4-minute walk from the metro, and it’s very easy to get to the main tourist attractions.

The apartment is bright and very comfortable, perfect for families, small groups, or couples.

> WHERE WILL YOU STAY?
We have three bedrooms, all with large closets and new, very comfortable beds.
The bedrooms consist of one double with a king-size bed, one double with two single beds, and one single.
The rental includes bed linens and towels. We also have a safe and an iron.

> THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM
The kitchen was completely renovated in 2023 and has everything you need to make breakfast, cook, or enjoy a good cup of coffee. For your convenience and comfort, the kitchen features a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), dishwasher, microwave, oven, and kettle… And if you need it, there’s also a washing machine available for your use.
Our bathroom is modern, spacious, and very clean. It features a hair dryer and a spacious bathtub with a glass shower enclosure. For your convenience and to make your stay easier, we provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

> THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM
The living room is spacious, comfortable, and lovingly designed, with two very comfortable sofas. We have a large TV with access to streaming services. The dining room features a large table with comfortable chairs, where you can plan your next day or enjoy dinner with your family.

We’re avid travelers and have extensive experience hosting guests, so we know exactly what you’re looking for!

> IMPORTANT
We’re a legally registered apartment with an HUTB tourism license.
For this reason, we’re required to register all our guests. Guests must pay a tourist tax of €9.50 per person per night (rate as of April 2026). This applies to all guests over the age of 16, for a maximum of 7 days. This tax is NOT included in the total amount and must be paid in cash at the apartment. Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat de Catalunya and the Barcelona City Council

> TRAVELING WITH BABIES
If you’re traveling with a baby, we provide a crib with a mattress and baby bedding. We also have a high chair available (at no additional charge). Please let us know in advance.
