This spacious lagoon-front home offers peaceful water views from the upstairs balconies and is just a short walk from both the beach and the Intracoastal Waterway. A public beach access point lies at one end of the road, with easy Sound access at the other—perfect for paddleboarding, shell hunting, and sunset strolls.
Blue Lagoon is pet-friendly and welcomes up to 3 well-behaved dogs and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families and groups traveling with furry companions. Outside, a spacious carport provides shaded parking and a covered patio with seating, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy feet, and a charcoal grill for cookouts after a day at the beach.
Step inside to a bright and inviting open layout, where the cozy living area features plush seating, a TV, and glass sliders leading to a furnished balcony with outdoor dining. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and all the cookware you need. A peninsula-style breakfast bar and dining table for six ensure plenty of space for family meals. A coffee bar with both a Keurig and drip machine makes morning routines a breeze.
On the second floor, you will find the primary suite that includes a king-size bed, TV, and private en suite bathroom with a shower. A convenient full-size washer and dryer laundry area is also accessed in the primary bedroom. On the third floor are the additional bedrooms.
