Absolutely loved the house. Pool was a hit, we swam every day. Loved all the games inside and out. The kids were so busy with all the extras they didn’t ask for screen time all week. So much space for everyone especially in the bedrooms with private baths in each room.Extremely convenient and central for all activities in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Entire family wants to return.Ryan and Lorie both were great with communication. Lorie was available and responded quickly to any questions. We had no issues at all and house is very well stocked with amenities!!Beautiful house, views and vacation!!

This place was Awesome!! The host (Ryan & Johanna) and property manager (Lorie) were just as Awesome as they were very communicative, answered all questions and made checking in a breeze! From the moment we stepped in the house, it was huge, very clean and so Entertaining! My kids and I had the best time in the huge indoor pool, playing volleyball, marco polo, and basketball plus having a huge Tv to watch in the pool! The Sauna and hot tub were icing on the cake, as both were so nice and relaxing! The game room was so much fun as well! We could spend the whole day watching movies on the 80' screen Tv, playing a Legit golden Tee, pinball, multi-cade, foosball, air hockey, and a sweet pool table! It kept everyone entertained!Outside on the decks, on every level, there was enough seating to look out at a great view of the mountains! Also, the outside gazebo, was huge with enough seating, a fireplace and more entertainment, as games and TVs were present in this area as well! The owners did not skim on anywhere inside or outside this house when it came to amenities! The Host did an amazing job and was very thought out for all ages to enjoy!Inside, the house was big enough to host multiple families, a huge open kitchen, a huge living area, with yet, another entertaining infinity game table, and huge TV!All the Bedrooms were very big and had very comfortable beds and it was nice to have own private bathrooms with walk in showers! Location was great as well! 5-star!

Great location for family vacation. Spectacular view. Loads of activities for the young ones. Really nice evenings in the gazebo for adults and pool was a delight for the kids. Very well maintained property.
