Steps to the beach and park, near restaurants, shopping, tide pools, and the Fiscalini Bluff trail, This home is directly across the street from Moonstone Beach and Shamel Park. Watch the whales and dolphins, and beautiful sunsets from nearly every room and multiple decks. Includes living room and dining room with ocean views, kitchen nook, reading room, W/D, gas BBQ, and free internet. Close to wineries, Hearst Castle, San Simeon, Elephant Seal Preserve, golf, and so much more. Moonstone Beach is one of the Best Beaches in the United States! Come and experience it for yourself!

This property was amazing. Especially if you have dogs. You get the entire home and don’t need to worry about your fur babies. Make any noise for neighbors. It’s also like walking back in time lol the 80s retro style of everything brought me back to high school lol and it also created an environment where I wasn’t holding my breath every time the dogs walked around. It’s definitely a kid and pet friendly. You are directly across the street from a public park. Sunday night we did encounter quite late activity over there that was noisy.But the walk to the beach and hearing the waves while you sleep was amazing

Location, location, location!! You can’t beat the location of this property. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay here. I will say, however that this house is in desperate need of a makeover and some serious maintenance. The decor is straight out of 1987., but that didn’t bother us at all. There are some lights that didn’t work, for instance the light above the stovetop. The gas fireplace doesn’t work. Would’ve been nice on the cold and windy nights. The deck is in need of repair or replacement, as is the front steps leading to the front door. Several loose and rusty nails on both. I wouldn’t let small kids run around on the deck or the front steps. It’s kinda of a safety issue. All that being said…the house met our needs for 6 adults and one small dog. Melinda was kind enough to let us have a late check out. She communicated very well with me and was always available to answer questions. I would definitely stay here again because of the proximity to shamell park and the beach. I really hope the owner decides to put in some work in repairs, maintenance and updates.

The location of this property is great. You are right across from a great beach and park. You can see the sun setting in the evenings, and there is a patio facing it all. I loved the location. The house is old and outdated. It was adequate but not impressive. I felt uncomfortable opening blinds for fear they would fall off the windows. If you don't need to spend a lot of time in the house, this is a great place to stay.
