I’m offering my Mazet, which can accommodate 4 to 5 people—a place I fell in love with at first sight—and one that’s sure to charm you with its surroundings, landscapes, rivers, and the lovely markets featuring local products in Mirabel-aux-Baronnies, the renowned market in Nyons, just a 10-minute drive away, as well as the one in Vaison-la-Romaine and others…
The cottage features a kitchen, a living room with a 90cm sofa bed, and a bedroom open to the living area with a 140cm bed. A second, separate bedroom with two 90cm beds (bunk beds), and a bathroom with a shower and sink.
A shaded terrace for sunny days, located behind the Mazet; a private parking spot for your car; and a visitor parking lot with several spaces at the entrance to the residence.
It is situated on 1 hectare of land along with 11 other mazets, which are well-spaced to ensure everyone’s privacy and personal space.
In the countryside and just a 7-minute walk from the Provençal village with all its shops.
My completely independent (not attached) mazet and its private garden will also offer you a sense of well-being. In addition to the amenities already provided, we offer Wi-Fi, lounge chairs, and more.
On-site, you’ll find a large, fenced-in swimming pool (15 m x 6 m) that is heated from May through September.
For the little ones, there’s a swing set, a play area, a gazebo, and a swing.
