The Space:
Welcome to this spacious and modern 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Charlotte Street in the heart of Fitzrovia. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed, Living Room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 6 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on London and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

Fitzrovia and its neighbour Soho form one of the most exciting creative hubs in central London. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city.

Solid place to stay for our family of four in central London. Our two kids were able to sleep on the extra bed and sofa bed in the living room. Location was excellent, very convenient to everything with a tube stop just a short walk away. The unit itself was nice and as advertised. The only negative is the key pick up and drop off is a 15-20 minute round trip via foot to get to the key location and back. Not a deal killer by any means, just a small hassle. We would stay there again.

Perfect location is perfect. Getting here via the Elizabeth line from the airport was so easy, and there are multiple bus routes steps away that take you to various areas of London. The Northern Line is also very convenient. There are also a good number of restaurants, coffee shops and markets within walking distance for everything you’d need. The hardest part, and even that isn’t a big deal, was getting the keys a few streets up. Entering the flat is easy and the explanation provided was very accurate. There are stairs to climb to the flat that are a bit steep but manageable. Just hold onto the railing. The space receives beautiful sunlight, was clean and well thought out in terms of furniture that can be converted into beds. For its location, it is quiet with the occasional truck driving by. The place does not have air conditioning and we stayed there on a hot week (not the major heatwave but still very hot for London). With the windows open and the fan blowing, the rooms cooled off pretty nicely at night. For me, the only flaw was the pots and pans provided. They were scratched up and need to be replaced because the bits of the pan’s surface could possibly end up in your food. I’d definitely stay there again when in London.

This was a great flat. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. We walked easily to the West End for a show. The owners were great communicators. The only thing to consider is that there some steep stairs leading up to the flat in case you have someone with limited mobility. I highly recommend this for a stay.
