Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota on the Ridge, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor (stair access only) with loft condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace and amazing mountain views. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap…. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer.
Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.
Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. OMG Awesome condo....way better than the pics. Stop looking and reserve this condo. Superbly furnished with high quality comfy furniture and beds and designer touches. This is a home. Very, very, very clean, great lond distance mountain views and amenities. Host, Foscoe Rentals, was outstanding. Easy access to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk. I will reserve this condo again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every day. The location couldn’t be better—convenient to the ski slopes and just a short drive to Boone, making it easy to enjoy both outdoor adventures and great dining and shopping. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The grounds felt safe, quiet, and beautifully manicured, which added to the overall relaxing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
