This lake house is right on the lake with an amazing, huge dock. We rented a pontoon boat and had a wonderful day on the water. The home is clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. Publix is less than 5 minutes away as well as numerous other stores, some restaurants, gas, and conveniences. Long driveway for parking. We stayed 5 nights as our daughter was getting married in Maiden. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The most perfect spot for a refreshing restart!The view is amazing, the hosts responded immediately to a question that we had, kayaks were a bonus. The fire pit is perfect…although a little sloped, it was great once we got settled. We definitely look forward to our next stay.

This is the second time we stayed in this house. It is very comfortable and you can't beat the view. The kitchen is well stocked and laid out nicely. Obviously we loved it since we stayed there a second time.

The home itself was nice. A bit older but very clean and comfortable and well stocked. Very nice view of the lake. My only complaint is that the extreme steepness of the incline to get down to the lake was not made clear. I believe the listing just said you needed to be able to climb stairs. It ended up being much more difficult than stair climbing as there were no steps at all after stepping away from the last little step by the deck. It was very difficult to walk down and even more difficult to climb back up. You cannot tell this from the listing photos. We rented a boat for the week so we had to make that climb several times daily. And had to carry cooler, towels etc. And lastly…the ducks. Poop everywhere. All in the grass, on the boat dock. Walking down at night to enjoy a fire, stepping in the poop was unavoidable because there were no lights in the back. Impossible to see.
