We had a good stay. The host was very communicative and professional with us at all times. Clean home and it was perfect for our overnight stay.

We arrived to a house with unpaid beds, dirty towels in bathtub and dirty dishes in sink.We called and John and he said cleaning crew did not show up. We left and went to hotel. He called and offered to have it clean by next day but we had already checked into hotel. He did credit his part but said we could get the other portion about 200 from VRBO
