We loved the property, location and amenities.Our communication with our host started out great. They responded to questions very quickly. But they did not fix a major problem. The keyless entry stopped working Saturday. It never got fixed for the remainder of our stay, leaving us in a house unlocked.While they were very sorry for the problem, they were not able to fix the problem."I'm sorry I can't fix it before you leave" is not really acceptable.

Perfect location for our purpose (lake George and west mountain).“Overall, the place has potential and a good first impression we have a great time. With better maintenance and a deeper cleaning, it could be a great stay.” Just some smalls detailing.
