1. Check-In/Check-Out
⏰ Stick to Check-in/Out Times – Need flexibility? Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate! Please note that a $100 fee will still apply for late check-outs, even with prior notice. We appreciate your understanding!
2.Luggage Drop-Off:
Luggage drop-off is permitted only before the check-in time and not after the check-out time.
3. No Smoking Indoors 🚭
Smoking inside is strictly prohibited. Use designated outdoor areas. Penalty: $500.
4. Pet Policy 🐾
Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay and an additional fee. Notify us in advance.
5. Quiet Hours 🤫
Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Let’s respect our neighbors.
6. No Parties or Events 🎉❌
Parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed. Penalty: $1,000, plus immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
7. Security & Valuables 🔒
Secure all windows and doors when leaving. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Use of Appliances & Amenities ⚙️
Use all appliances responsibly. Report any issues, and we’ll take care of them!
9. Climate Control 🌡️
Use heating and air conditioning responsibly to avoid excessive energy use.
10. Cleanliness 🧹
Keep the property tidy. Excessive messes may incur extra cleaning fees.
11. Respect for Property 🏡
Treat the home with care. Damages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs.

14. Smoke Alarms & Fire Safety 🚨
Smoke alarms are essential safety devices and must not be disabled, covered, removed, or tampered with for any reason. This includes removing batteries, covering alarms to prevent activation, or interfering with them in any way.
Any tampering, misuse causing a false alarm, or intentional disabling of a smoke alarm will result in a $500 penalty, plus any additional costs incurred (including building fines, fire department charges, or maintenance repairs). Continued violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund, in line with house rules and platform policies.
If an alarm is triggered accidentally or appears faulty, please contact us right away so we can assist.

We found the property to be clean and tidy and having all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay. Public transit was easily accessible and the old town was within walking distance. Having a Metro store across the road was great for stocking up on supplies. Sam was an excellent host and was always quick to respond to every inquiry and met all our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Montreal.

The apartment was clean and overall served its purpose well for our stay. The street noise was not as bad as we expected based on the surrounding construction. However, one of the bedrooms has a door that leads to a back hallway, and you can clearly hear residents passing and talking on the other side, which can be surprising in the morning if you are not expecting it. The apartment had the basic necessities in terms of blankets, kitchen items, and cutlery, but nothing beyond the standard essentials. Very quick and helpful communication response time overall.

This was the perfect location for our stay. It was clean and tidy when we arrived. Close to the things we wanted to do in the area. We enjoyed the walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. There was plenty of space for me and my friends to relax and unwind after a day of touring the city. While the construction was slightly inconvenient, access to the building to get in and out was easy. As mentioned by others you do have to carry your luggage up stairs which was good to know before we arrived. The host was attentive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed.

The host Sam was very accommodating and helpful. They let us store our luggage as our flight arrived early in the AM. Location was ideal for a hockey weekend!
