Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be pre-purchased. You will receive a link via email. (limit 2).

Everything was perfect. It would have been nice to have been informed that the pool and and hot tubs were out of commision all but the last day we were there. There were days the wind blew hard and it was cooler temps. The reason we chose this property was for the indoor acomodations to be able to still swim. Many tenants were upset. Everything else was great!!

Wonderful condo with amazing views of the beach! Condo very clean and well appointed. Super convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Beach getaways was very communicative and proactive. Would absolutely stay here again!

AC problems our entire stay. There was a technician there when we arrived but we still walked into a hot condo upon and did not get resolved until late that night. Then ever day after that AC to the rooms were not working. Had to contact often but AC continued to not cool off l. The maintenance/AC workers there often and still had troubles. It was unfortunate because we had a handicap child with us who overheats easily and requires a lot of down time lying in a bed. He became irritable due to the heat that they ended up having to leave and go home a day early. The company manager did updated us often and did offer 100 comp to help with food for our first night having to stay out because of the heat. This was very unfortunate because this condo was very nice and clean.
