Take tram line 2 towards Grand Val, get off at the 50 Otages stop, and walk 2 minutes towards the Prefecture. 3 Rue des Pénitentes is perpendicular to it. Alternatively, from the city center, take Bus C2 and get off at 50 Otages; it's faster. Or take Bus 38 from the airport for €2, cheaper than the shuttle which costs €8. It will drop you off at Grèneraie; take the Busway to the Foch Cathédrale terminus stop and walk 5 minutes to 3 Rue des Pénitentes. From the train station: It takes 15 1 minute if you walk well.
