The whole experience was amazing! Direct access to the pool was just a bonus to an already amazing room! Loved it and will definitely be back!

Hot tub was not open apparently it was drained for repair or maintenance. We were really looking forward to sitting in it to relax. Was unaware before our booking or would have chosen another place with a working hot tub. Asked for a partial credit and no response from owner. Bathroom shower wasn't draining properly so u stood in water to shower. There was sand in the bed when we arrived .
