Come and stay in this recently refurbished two bedroom apartment in the South Bay of Lisbon, Baixa da Banheira.
Only seconds away from the local market with a wide range of restaurants, cafes and shops, this is the perfect location for a stress free holiday, while you can enjoy the great access to the sandy beaches in Costa da Caparica and Setubal Bay and to the touristic points in the city Center of Lisbon.
The property has 80m2 and is composed by a full equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 bathroom, 1 Hall and 2 private balconies.
House amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, a smart washing machine and a Barbecue. You will find everything that you need to enjoy a peaceful and delightful holiday.

The space
This second floor apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, entrance hall, living room, two balconies and a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you need in the house, including towels, bed sheets, shower gel, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack, etc. Access to the property is reached through staircases with no lift access. Alarm system and safety kit with fire extinguisher are available.

The kitchen is brand new, including all appliances. You will find a fridge-freezer, stove, hoven, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, Kettle, blender, pots and pans, plates and cutlery and other kitchen appliances.
Living Room
In the living room you will find a sofa bed with storage that accommodates 2 people, table and chairs, cooling system, a Smart TV with cable TV and access to Disney Plus, Netflix, Prime Video and HBO Max. You can access the balcony with the barbecue from this space.
Bedroom 1
The Bedroom is spacious, bright and peaceful, equipped with a Double bed, a good mattress, a Wardrobe, a Desk and a Smart TV with cable TV and access to Disney Plus, Netflix, Prime Video and HBO Max. Bed linen is available. This bedroom has a private balcony.

- The property is within 15m walk of a Water Park (Clube do Rio) and close to public transport connections (bus and train station).
- The nearest beaches include Praia de Alburrica (10 minutes from the apartment). You can also get to the Setúbal and Costa da Caparica beaches in 30 minutes by car.
- North Lisbon (city Center) is only 40m away by car or 1 hour by Public Transport (take a bus to the boat terminal and catch the boat to Terreiro do Paço).
- Free parking is available on the street.
- Families with children are welcome.
- Pets, smoking, parties or business events are not permitted.
- Guests are asked to respect quiet hours during their stay (no noise between 9pm and 9am).
- Please be aware that in general I do not allow pets in the property due to allergy. For special requests please contact me before booking the place.
- In case you need early check-in / late check-out please request beforehand.

- It will be necessary to present the identification of each guest, as it is mandatory by law in Portugal to present to the Foreigners and Borders Services in Portugal.

Apartment is exactly as pictured. Clean. Everything you could need for cooking basic meals is in the kitchen. We were greeted with wine, cheese, and cookies (biscuits). Neighborhood is quiet. No issues finding parking out front. A 5 star experience. We will hopefully be able to return one day! We had fun hanging laundry on line outside 2nd story window. Clothes pins were strong and we didn’t lose any laundry. A clothes rack is provided if you don’t want to use the line. I enjoyed watching kids play ball in the courtyard below. Met the neighbor on first floor and taught her some English and she taught us some Portuguese. Loved the place! Host had a map listing best beaches, restaurants, and places to visit. Went to a tile place where you can paint your own tiles. Recommend that experience!
