Construction nearby in the day time, but it didn’t bother us. Great location.

We had enjoyed our stay at this location, and everything was as advertised. We will definitely be looking to rent the house the next time we are in Knoxville.

Kim was a great host. We had a couple issues but she was prompt at her response and addressed the issue right away. It was a great location for the volleyball tournament we had at the convention center. It was right down the road. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which made getting ready super easy and convenient. Beautiful scenery out the back deck!
