The Comfy Guest House in St Pete is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The layout is very good and the decorations tasteful. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Having stayed in VRBOs in many US states and a couple of European cities, I can honestly say that this is the cleanest VRBO apartment/house I've ever stayed in. Communication with Juan was excellent: directions to and check-in were flawless.

Nice, well-equipped property with privacy. Good communication with host. Kitchen is very nice, with any kitchen gadget or tool you might want. I would definitely stay there again!
