Situated two minute walk to the beach (voted Regional Winner in The Times & Sunday Times Best UK Beaches Guide 2025) close to village shops, cafes and restaurants in Milford on Sea - "the village where the New Forest meets Christchurch Bay". Our home is equipped to the highest standards with all modern conveniences, including ultrafast broadband, TV, washing, drying and dishwasher facilities. The house comprises a family bathroom, an en-suite shower room and toilet, and downstairs toilet/cloakroom, all recently decorated for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The house has private parking for two cars.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate lounge with orangery and bifold doors leading to a secluded garden and seating area. The porch leads to a large garage with additional fridge and storage for bikes etc..
All three bedrooms are on the first floor. The main bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite shower room and toilet. Bedroom two has a double bed with the family bathroom next door. Bedroom three has a single trundle bed with a single bed that pulls out from underneath. Bedroom 3 can be used as a double or as two singles.
The large roof terrace is accessbile from the first floor.
Milford on Sea is a small popular village situated in the New Forest benefiting from beach, cliff top walks, and close by forest settings. The New Forest, with its wildlife and freely roaming horses and live stock is a favourite holiday destination. The Georgian town and sea port, Lymington, is just 4 miles away, has stylish shops, restaurants, Saturday market and ferry crossing to the Isle of Wight. Bournemouth, the start of the Jurassic coastline is 14 miles away. There are plenty of activities close by which include cycling, walking, fishing, sailing, swimming and forest adventure parks. Milford on Sea has lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes walk, a Co-op open for all essentials open from 7:00am - 10:00pm and larger supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. This is a private home that has all the comforts that you would expect in your own home, including business equipment for keeping in touch with the office. While we love dogs this is a pet free house.

The house was excellent… Perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed inside. The kitchen was stocked with all crockery, cutlery pans, and dishes etc. There was a fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. The patio area outside, included a table and six chairs, which we were fortunate enough to use each night of our stay, as the weather was lovely! The large living area and Orangery also had plenty of seating, with a smart TV.Everywhere was spotless, with plenty of towels/soap/teatowels/cleaning products etc.There was space for 2 cars on the drive & a garage which could be used for storage. Everything had been thought of! Gina, our host, kept us informed at all times & was available to call if need be.The location of the house was excellent….. just a 5 minute walk into the centre of the village and a two minute walk to the beach/seafront.Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is exactly as advertised. We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped.
