This premier property is situated on a corner lot with manicured landscaping and is close to everything! Visit museums, stroll the parks along the Willamette River, catch a performance at the Hult Center of the Performing Arts, Get up close and personal with birds of prey at the Cascades Raptor Center, or shop at the 5th Street Public Market or the Eugene Saturday Market.Bailey Lane is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood of lovely mid-century modern homes. Downtown Eugene is close by and walk-able, Eugene is home to great shopping, dining, and a wide variety of entertainment options. The Willamette River offers easy access to outdoor recreation.

Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, lots of room and private outdoor space to enjoy. The house was perfect to enjoy Eugene and buzz out to the coast and multiple wineries. Quiet neighborhood with all conveniences close by. We really enjoyed our stay to explore Oregon. And the PRE was fabulous!

Stayed with my son for a baseball camp/tournament with the University of Oregon. It was a perfect home base. Great location, quiet, cozy, and clean. We’ve done dozens of these kinds of trips and this was perhaps the best place we’ve ever stayed. It was like being in our own home. Highly recommend.
