The Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium remains popular with beach lovers thanks to its huge private beach the area's largest and family-friendliest amenities. When you're not body surfing in the waves or speeding along on a waverunner, you can splash with the kids in the "Splash Zone" relax in the beachfront pool and hot tubs, grab a cool, tropical drink at the beachfront bar and grill or and finish the day with an ice cream or pizza from the Corner Market!
With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 205 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, a fully renovated bathroom with quartz counters, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large fully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

Splash Zone children’s pool area with interactive water toys
Lavish pool deck
2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)
Two hot tubs
High-speed elevators
Covered parking

*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 4% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*
Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The room was nice and clean. The location was excellent. I really liked the Boardwalk. The security is on top of their job, the pools are nice and well maintained. Lovely pool beach view from the balcony. Only reason that I’m not leaving 5 stars is because the mattresses were the worst I’ve ever slept on. I saw other reviews saying it was bad but I paid them no mind because I have never had any issues with a mattress anywhere before. It never mattered to me. However these mattresses showed me that it does matter. My hips and back were aching constantly by day 2, my husband was having back spasms and miserable. We ended up moving to the pull out couch which wasn’t great, it was worn down, but much better than the mattress in the queen room. If they were to replace their mattresses or even put a topper I’d give them a perfect review. The condo is nice, reasonably priced and great for a small family wanting to visit the beach!

Overall the place is great, however the beds were not at all comfortable.

Condo was spacious and comfortable for the most part. Sofas could use some shampooing and the toilet was having trouble flushing most of our stay. Our 8 yr old loved the bunk bed; if your child rolls in their sleep I would not recommend the top bunk, no protection railing
Property is old, hopefully the renovations bring some nice updates because we love the location of the property. The food at the pool side bar is lacking; my fried seafood platter was pretty bland; good drinks! Love the location of the pool!
