Loved this property. Quick access to pigeon forge and Gatlinburg along with the national park while not being in the middle of high traffic areas. Excellent communication by property manager.

Great host!! Very responsive to messages. The location is absolutely perfect if you are in Pigeon Forge for the Ripken Experience. So much better than a hotel. If you have more than 3 people in your family, I would suggest bringing a few of your own wash cloths and face towels so you dont have to wash so often. Overall, we were very happy with this rental. DONT let the driveway scare you. Its no trouble backing down the hill.

The condition of the cabin was not ok. Broken tiles in the downstairs bathroom, the sink was loose and pulling away from the wall. Rusted air vent grates throughout. A dining room chair was broken and screwed back together with chunks missing. The second stair step is loose and in the loft there is an electrical outlet with a cracked cover showing the wires to the outlet. The bed in the loft is supported on a cinder block! The air hockey table has power and does not blow air to play air hockey. I reported these items to the host who commented the furnishings would be replaced after the busy December holiday season.The rate we paid did not patch the quality or safe conditions guests should receive when paying 419.00 per night. Thank you to the host for being responsive to our concerns. I want to make sure the next guest does not have the same experience. Great location.
