8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Easy check in, very clean house. Didn’t realize I had to pay extra for the hot switch for the hot-tub. Nice size pool, didn’t like the alarm to the doors (I get the reason) but it was a pain to remember to hit button every time u went out to deck area.

Great house, great area! Close to everything and clean.

This property was exactly as listed. The only reason for my rating was a couple very minor things. Check-in was a pain. They didn’t have our information at the front gate, we called the emergency number and were able to be let in while they figured it out which was hugely appreciated. There also was a small issue with some ants coming in through the window in the master bath. I emailed and they offered to come out during our stay but we said it wasn’t necessary. Super responsive management team and 100% would stay there again without hesitation.

We enjoyed our stay with a few exceptions. The HVAC did not work well. The thermostat had a control on it that would not let you set it below 73. It was muggy and hot in the bedrooms and box fans were included…which tells me this is an on going problem. When I contacted management they did lower the set point to 70 but the temp stayed at 73 in the home. But with the humidity it felt a lot warmer. It’s Florida in June and we are on vacation…the HVAC should not be an issue when paying this price for the home. When I suggested to the management that there seemed to be a problem they replied they would monitor the air to ensure our comfort. However, we never felt “comfortable”.
Also, I am not a very picky mattress person but the “master” king bed mattress feels hard and cheap. I ended up sleeping in the twin bed instead because it was that uncomfortable.
The rest of the house was very nice, clean and well stocked. But with the mattress and HVAC issue we would not return to this property.
