This cozy apartment located 5 minutes drive from the Meloneras beach and the Maspalomas Dunes, is ideal for couples, families and friends, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a large open space with fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, living room with a comfortable sofa chaise-longue, 50” TV with Chromecast and direct access to the wonderful terrace with dining area, to enjoy a good lunch, good weather and disconnect from the routine. It offers a modern design bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, the main one with double bed and the secondary one with bunk bed.
For greater comfort it has air conditioning, heating and fiber WiFi at 600mb/s. The complex has a large swimming pool, one with a slide and two other children's pools of different levels.
