The cabin is spacious, beautiful and private. It was spotless and in great condition, and the beds and couches were comfy. Having three bathrooms was clutch for our large group. On the first night, we went out on the grass hillside to gaze at stars. The high ceiling in the main area and the burly A/C kept us cool on some blistering days. The three-sided wraparound deck was wonderful to hang out on, with views of forest wherever we looked. The basement—which has the pool table, a bedroom, bathroom and one of the TVs—felt dry as a bone. Someone in the reviews complained of mice on the property, and I did glimpse one, but you know what? It's a cabin in the middle of the woods. The mice wanted nothing to do with us. Bring hard-sided tubs with lids for any food you won't put in the fridge, and you'll be fine.

This was close to hiking and had lots of sleeping space for our group.

The cabin was supplied well with everything you would need. There are a couple of things we did not like.....Bird droppings all over the porch, mice in the kitchen, and it would be great if there were TV's in all the bedrooms.
