The property includes a rowboat and a dock; just about 100 meters away, there is a beautiful swimming spot, a restaurant (where you can buy bread rolls), and a rental station for bicycles and canoes.The approximately 62-square-meter, single-story, non-smoking house is tastefully furnished and features a beautiful sunroom with a dining table (the large sliding windows can be opened), from which you can access, on one side, the large living room (recliner, smart TV, sleeper sofa —which converts into a bed for 1 person) and, on the other, to the separate kitchen (additional dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, wood-burning stove) with access to the bedroom (double bed). The bathroom (shower, toilet, washing machine) is accessible from the living area. Guests have exclusive use of the beautiful garden, which features various seating areas, a Hollywood swing, sun loungers, a fire pit, a grill, bicycle storage, and a rowboat. Parking is available off-site. The total price includes electricity, water, bed linens, and towels.
