Located in the quiet Falaise area of the resort of Avoriaz, in the immediate vicinity of the covered parking lots (Falaise parking lot with direct access), shops (bakery, supermarket, ski equipment rental) and restaurants, the Elinka residence offers a panoramic view of the resort and the mountains.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor of the residence, is south-east facing, with a large balcony. It is bright, cosy and very well equipped, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
Ski-in/ski-out departures near the Plateau (ESF departures, ...) and the Children's Village.
The 50 m² apartment includes
a large living room - kitchen,
1 bedroom with 1 King size bed (180x200) and storage,
1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160x200) and storage,
1 cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90x190) and storage space at the entrance,
1 large bathroom with storage + WC,
1 bathroom with storage.
The bathroom and shower room are equipped with towel radiators.
The living room includes:
- Dining area with table (extendable), benches and stools
- sofa bed to accommodate an additional bed (140)
- armchair, bench and coffee tables
- TV screen (SMART TV), WIFI (fiber, free)
- Balcony access with panoramic views of the resort and the mountains.
The kitchen is super equipped:
- 4-burner induction hob
- built-in oven (convection heat)
- microwave oven
- fridge-fridge and dishwasher

well equipped and brilliant location. Ski pass hire in the building which was really useful.
Nice big balcony.
Only slight criticism is the bedding did not fit the duvets.

Amazing communication from the hosts. Really helpful. The accommodation is in a great location, close to the drop off zone, next to an amazing boulangerie and near the supermarket. It’s also able to ski to Proclou lift directly from the apartment. Apartment itself is very well equipped, clean and comfortable.

We booked and quickly recorded a personal email from the owner. Whenever I had a question he was quick to reply. The property is lovely and very well located for ski school and a very short stroll to the shops. Had a great time.
