Excellent, but ac needs upgraded. Spiral staircase might not be good for young or older people. Balcony was nice and there was plenty of space to sleep.

Jim was very good to deal with, communication was excellent. Property was just as described.

The living area and kitchen are a bit cramped for a large group. We had six adults and three kids and it was hectic. But the bedrooms were sufficient and pretty comfortable. We were hoping for a nicer balcony to hang out on and a grill, but after our disappointment we were happy. Overall, it was a nice stay. Parking was good and the hosts were great.

We had a great time staying here. The place was perfect for our group with plenty of room for everyone. Jim was great and clearly communicated the check in and check out procedures. We even got to check in early. Will definitely stay here again.
