The Space:

Welcome to Sand Dunes Resort located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This is an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the view from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach.



You will enjoy @BellaVistaSunrise !



Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, paper towels and trash bags, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot/garage. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. Go straight to unit from the parking garage - no front desk required!



Living area: 1 sleeper sofa.



Kitchen: Stocked with many amenities.



Bedroom 1: 1 king beds. Ocean view balcony access.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two full beds.



Bedroom 3: Two full beds.



Bathroom 2: Hallway access.



Balcony: Private balcony with an ocean view.



Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer in Unit and Laundry Facilities Available On-Site

Guest Access:

Guests will have the condo to themselves (other than locked owner drawers/closets). Guests have access to the oceanfront indoor pool, Sand Dunes oceanfront pool with a small lazy river, arcade games, gym, and laundry. Guests do NOT have access to the main waterpark area.

The unit is located in Sand Dunes Resort - situated in a highly desired section of Myrtle Beach, SC.

🏦 Broadway at the Beach is about 4.9 miles

⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 6.8 miles

Getting Around:

2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Routine pest control through the HOA occurs on the 1st Wednesday quarterly. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.

No pets. Max guest count is 14.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



**Guests do NOT have access to the on-site water park, as this is not owned/operated by the HOA**



There is a ring camera doorbell.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
