Each villa has a private entrance and free parking space.
Gabriel, our on-site caretaker, is available Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. to ensure the property stays in top condition throughout your stay.
He maintains the pool and gardens, performs light cleaning, removes garbage, and handles small maintenance tasks — ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Please note that Gabriel speaks Spanish and focuses on property care rather than direct guest communication, but he is friendly, respectful, and discreet.

• Playa Langosta is a peaceful, upscale neighborhood known for its quiet beach, beautiful sunsets, and close proximity to Tamarindo.
• You can easily walk to Langosta Beach, nearby cafés, and restaurants — or reach downtown Tamarindo in just a few minutes by car or 15 minute walk
• Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately 1 hour away by car, with well-paved roads leading directly to Playa Langosta.
• Car not required, but free parking is available if you choose to rent one.
