The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.

A favorable experience. I could not get the tv on. I called the cable provider, they could not help. I called the office. The lady told me she could not leave and it would be two days before it could be checked. I was very dissatisfied at her answer. Her attitude was lacking. I run a customer service it was poor service. Angela and Mitch came and fixed the problem.

Room was clean but the elevators were a nightmare. They got stuck on different floors for hours at a time. Pools were great! Beach access was easy and the beach chair staff was amazing! Check in and check out was a breeze. Wish they had more parking, several nights when came back late and had to park in questionable areas.

The listing for this property is very accurate. The walk to the beach is the best compared to my other stays over the past 5 years of traveling to the area.
