During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bedding (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bedding and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

For DEPARTURES on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the CLEANING FEE increases by 50%. This surcharge will be sent as a separate payment request and due with the second payment.

For stays between November 1 and March 31, an ENERGY FEE of EUR 6.00 per day will be charged. This fee will be sent as a separate invoice and is due with the second payment.
