We ask you to kindly do so

- Respect the maximum number of people allowed in the house
- Parties and events are strictly forbidden.
- Outside, during the day the noise must be limited so as not to disturb the neighborhood and in the evening from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., calm is requested to respect the neighborhood. Music is tolerated but in a reasonable way.


Thank you for respecting our house as if it were your home and even if we apply a cleaning fee, please return the house in a clean condition (bin emptied, please gather sheets and towels, dishes done)

Any broken or damaged object will be charged at its real value to replace it.

A security deposit of 2000€ is required and additional fees may be applied in case of non-compliance with the rules.
