Easy check in, they checked in on us spring the stay and were extremely helpful. The cabin was perfectly located for our family vacation.

Our family enjoyed this property. It was a cozy cabin, well maintained, in a great location. If we had a question or problem, the host was super quick to respond. Loved our stay in the mountains!

When we checked into the cabin, the cleaning crew had clearly not been to the cabin prior to our arrival. We notified the host and were provided with the items and were offered the cleaning team the next day but due to scheduling issues we declined. It is not ideal to coordinate this while on vacation and after all of our things were unpacked. We were offered a refund of the cleaning fee but honestly this did not feel sufficient for the circumstances. We tried washing blankets that were there and the washing machine did not work. For the price paid for this rental, the amenities felt cheap and stingy. We were provided one small bar of soap for each bathroom for a three day stay and one roll of toilet paper. Certainly not things you should have to worry about during your stay. Finally, we were warned about the driveway but it might be worthwhile to invest in concrete at the top instead of gravel. Pulling out and in proved to be extremely difficult each time to avoid scraping the car. Overall, the location was nice and close to the strip, but would likely not recommend it to others looking to travel to Gatlinburg.
