Nestled just east of the Cumberland River, East Nashville is known for its historic charm, artistic vibe, and a plethora of activities to suit every taste. Only 3 miles to Downtown Broadway bars.

No car need. Plenty of Uber & Lyfts available. We are also walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and shopping.

**PLEASE NOTE: this townhome is next to an active train track, some noise from the train is to be expected. Do not leave children outside unattended in this area. We provide sound machines for light sleepers. Also, this home has a lot of stairs in it. We do not provide propane for the gas fireplace, but you can purchase at the grocery store down the street.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. NO Parties. No locals are allowed to book this property.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors.
