Located in Savona, in the Zinola neighborhood, “You and the Sea” is on the 5th floor of an apartment building with an elevator. The newly renovated apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
The 110-square-meter space is laid out as follows:
- A kitchenette equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances
- A dining room with a 50-inch smart TV
- Living room with a double sofa bed and a 75" smart TV
- Two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with twin beds, both with 50" smart TVs
- Bathroom with shower
The property also features a spacious terrace where you can relax while admiring a stunning view of the beaches and the sea, sipping a drink in the lounge area, or enjoying a candlelit dinner.
