This first-floor 4-bedroom, 2-bath home is located directly across the street from the beach and boardwalk, putting you right in the center of all the action. Spend your days on the sand, stroll the boardwalk, or enjoy the nearby amusement rides, mini golf, shops, and restaurants—all just steps from your front door.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable layout designed for families and groups, with plenty of room to relax after a full day in the sun.

Everything was prefect! The unit was beautiful, and exactly as described. We got to take our dogs to the beach each day, and they had a blast. Being on the first floor was the greatest. Russ is amazing landlord, and responds in a timely manner. I look forward to staying in one of units again

This rental was perfect for 6 adults! 1 king bed and 2 queen beds made it comfortable for everyone! The kitchen was quite large and had all of the basic needs on hand, dishes, flatware, coffee mugs, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, Mr. Coffee maker. Although we were on the ground floor, there were PLENTY of windows that allowed natural light to brighten each room!

Excellent location to the ocean city boardwalk, therefore easy access to many food choices and entertainment. Some rooms still have some dust around corners, some blankets have hair on them. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Be prepared to bring your own bedsheets, towels, toilet papers, toiletries, paper towels, and laundry detergent.
