For security reasons, each guest must provide their full name prior to arrival. Please submit a list with the full names of each guest. Any visitor must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times while on the property. You will have access to the common amenity areas, including a restaurant open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. with room service, a rooftop bar open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., a gym, a steam room, a massage room, and a sauna.
Important note: You may pay the credit card deposit to the manager at the Sayan Beach office. Tips must be paid in pesos to the server as they are charged to your account. You are responsible for paying for all food and beverages charged to your account by you and your guests.
