Place was clean, some nice new upgrades. We slept terrible due to host installing a temperature gauge that would set off an alarm every time the outside temp read zero degrees. No instructions to us about this or how to disable it.Easy enough fix, but what bothered me was after bringing this to his attention (2nights of bad sleep because of something he set up), his response was simply “I’ll disable it”. Basic courtesy and customer service would suggest a simple apology. That can go a long way in the short-term rental business. His place is a dime a dozen in Summit County….i would encourage others to avoid this type of shotty service.
