The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In addition, there is a living room equipped with a sofa bed.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There is also a full bathroom with all the necessary amenities.

Our accommodations are located in the heart of Logroño; it’s rare to hear noise from outside, but due to its unbeatable location, YOU MAY HEAR OCCASIONAL NOISE FROM OUTSIDE DUE TO PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC AND LOCAL BUSINESSES.
It is located on the second floor and has an elevator.

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.
The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. An additional pet after check-in costs 150€ per stay.
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. A penalty of 150 euros will be imposed.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
