Perched high above magical Mountain Village, Centrum Penthouse is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condominium with 2,400 square feet of luxurious living space. With a peaceful top-floor location that offers some of the most stunning views in the world, this pristine, private home is the ideal space to enjoy the magnificent mountain getaway you’ve been dreaming about.
In the main LIVING AREA, a central stone fireplace and vaulted wood ceilings add a rustic touch to the luxe space. Take a seat on the plush sofa or one of the leather armchairs, or head outside through the glass doors, where your private TERRACE offers show-stopping views of Wilson Peak. It’s the ideal space to wake up with a steaming mug of fresh coffee in the morning or wind down with a glass of wine while watching the pastel-pink sunset highlight the gorgeous ridge.
The pristine open KITCHEN features custom wood cabinetry and quartz countertops and is well-designed and stocked with premier cookware and dishware. The high-end appliance suite features a gas range, a wine fridge, a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Larger groups will love the MULTIPLE DINING SPACES, which include the peninsula bar, a formal dining table, and a separate circular table that’s perfect for dining or game nights.

We loved staying here! The unit is much nicer in person than the photos! It has a beautiful view and is a short walk to lift 4 and the free gondola. The host was amazingly gracious - our stay coincided with the Telluride ski patrol strike - and the host acted reasonably and fairly to us the whole time. They were responsive and flexible. We were very grateful to the host and staff for working with us through a very frustrating situation. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time in Telluride and this property is beautiful. We’ve always stayed at tve Franz Klammer but this 3BR was nicer and larger than the FK Lodge. We did miss the pool/sauna and free shuttle from Montrose, but otherwise this was far superior.

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint little one-bedroom. It was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I, while being so conveniently located to the Mountain Village quad, gondola, and ski lifts.
